  We will start out with 1 and see if it can go up. I walked in and all the servers made eye contact then continued to wait. A delivery driver was waiting also and she made the comment that you have to go to them. Well I raised my hand and asked if you have to raise your hand to be seated. Well after being seated the waitresses had a conversation not 3 feet away about who was going to get me, and not a I want it, more so I already did some work you do some work. Nope it got worse. Now the food was good. But then my server and another server went out in the parking lot to someone that had pulled up. Waited for her to come back in just so I could pay. I know it was slow but maybe that's because of the service decline. Ruby Tuesday right next door was packed.

  Good place, I visited with other family, total of 8. I like Tia who served us for her smile and how she served us. The reason for three-star-only is because we waited awhile for the table to be set I don't know why-the restaurant wasn't even busy- unless someone in my company was told, and when we were lead to, tables were not wiped-crums on the table, and we even found a kid's coloring sheet from previous party. Food was better than expected we all enjoyed tho.

  One of the best Ihop experiences. My waiter, was so nice and helpful. Him and the manager even helped me receive free pancakes through the website. My husband had a great time and will be back. Only thing I thought was odd was an employee outside the front entrance talking loudly while flipping off another employee. Which made me hesitant to stop. Other than that it was great!

  Upon arriving we stood waiting for a few minutes even though it was not busy at all. After being seated finally, we noticed there were several (5 to be exact) uncleaned tables. The floor was dirty, there were three servers which only one of them was actually making an effort to clean. It too her a minute but once she got time she cleaned all 5 tables and swept. The other two, a girl with pink or red hair and a girl with blue hair didn't do anything. Pink hair talked to a table fora long time, played at a kiosk, and eventually went outside for quite some time. Blue hair acted like she had an attitude and seemed very lazy. There were two managers that I saw on this time, one who seated us and one who eventually popped out to help.. But very little. I won't be returning. The food was ok, but everything else was disenchanting.

  Multiple times I have gone to iHop and it service and food was pretty good. However, the last time I went I was sat at a table, waited for over 10 minutes (while other tables were being taken care of), and none of the staff ever spoke to me to take my drink, order, etc. I was so fed up that I left and went rob Cracker Barrel.
